This is the sixth property for the brand in Texas, and one of five hotels projected to open in the state this year alone.

The 111-suite hotel is located at 300 South Texas Avenue, just one block away from Texas A&M University. The extended stay hotel is also minutes from historic downtown Bryan, Wolf Pen Creek Park and Amphitheater and numerous stores and restaurants. The principle owner is DBG Investments.
